DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Absolutely! Click the Gift Card link to purchase your very own gift card. It may be used to purchase items from our store or applied to a Energy/Healing Booking (not eligible for items purchased in our Etsy shop).
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the fact that all items are created/made when you order, items are considered "customized" and may not be returned. However, if you have any issues with your order, contact us right away so we can work with you to solve the issue. Digital items / downloads are NOT able to be returned and NO physical item will be shipped to you.
If we made an error in your order (wrong item sent, wrong or misspelled name for personalization), we will definitely correct our error.
Most items are made/created to order and are available to ship within 4 to 5 business days. Some items, such as glitter tumblers, take from one to two weeks to create and prepare for shipping.
We utilize USPS (first class or Priority Mail) for most all of our orders. We may occasionally send via UPS or FedEx depending on the size/weight of your order.
We cannot and will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Your personal information is just that - it's personal to YOU. We do not share, sell, or otherwise give your information to anyone else without your written permission.
We love custom orders! If you see an item you like and want a different graphic - let us know. Need a tumbler with a different glitter color or straw color? Not a problem.
